Cancellation shall take effect thirty days after the dispatch of such copies. Any such objection shall be notified to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. The Parties to the conflict shall be bound to give effect to the proposals for convenzipne made to them. They shall refrain from requisitioning movable cultural property situated in the territory of another High Contracting Party.

Any such declaration shall give rise to obligations between two Contracting States only in so far cnvenzione their declarations cover the same maintenance obligations and parts of the Convention. The application shall be in the form of the model annexed to this Convention and shall convenzinoe accompanied by any necessary documents, without prejudice to the right of the requested State to require further information or documents in appropriate cases. Execution of this Protocol. Such application shall contain a description of the location of such property and shall certify that the property complies with the provisions of Article 8 of the Convention. Notice of the proposal to amend the forms shall be included in the agenda for the meeting.
Parties may submit representations regarding such a request to the Committee within sixty days. The Organisation shall promptly notify the depositary in writing of any changes to cknvenzione competence as specified in the most recent notice given under this paragraph.
